Transition Planning Workshop

Transition planning is an important part of the IEP for every child over the age of 14 in NH. Although IDEA does not require a transition plan until age 16, NH requires a transition plan at age 14.

Education-A-Must, a non-profit advocacy organization and the NH branch of the Learning Disabilities Association will co-sponsor Transitioning Students: Parents and Teachers Bridging the Gap on November 4, 2009 at SNHU in Salem. The presenters are Scott Johnson, Brice Palmer and Esther Kennedy.
